We can be sons and daughters of Almighty God through his grace and sacrifice that is Jesus Christ. He is out on the waters calling out to each one.
“Who is this man that calls my name? Who is this Jesus?”
He is the One that came to free you from sin. He is the only one that can save us. He is the only Way. So, you step out of the boat onto the crashing waves. You put your faith in Him and believe, because he wouldn’t have called you if he thought it impossible. Now, you are different. Circumstances are the same: you’re still out on open water. The difference is in your heart and your focus.
“...if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.” (ROMANS 10:9-10)
